If you are not entirely happy with your purchase and you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

We offer free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, if the 7 day period is past, we will charge a small collection fee. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:*

· Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

· Returned items must be returned in original packaging.

· Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

WE DO NOT RETURN CUSTOM ORDERS

Return pick-ups normally occur within 7 days of request, after inspection of goods we will make contact and discuss the way forward.

 We reserve the right to accept or reject the return of products that do not meet these requirements or which we believe are not acceptable for return*
