We want you to love your table. If something is not perfect, we offer easy 30-day returns and exchanges.

Our 30-day promise

• You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
• Items should be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.

How to return or exchange

WhatsApp or email us with your order number and what you would like to do, and we will guide you through every step.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we process your refund or exchange. Refunds are made to your original payment method. If an item comes back used, marked or damaged, we reserve the right to decline the refund.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us straight away and we will sort it out at no cost to you.
