About seams & fabric width

Every tablecloth is hemmed about 2.5cm on each edge, so our 150cm Core and Signature fabric finishes at about 145cm usable. Many tables fit within that as a single piece, with no join at all.

When a table needs more than one width of fabric, here is the clever part: we cut the centre panel to your exact table width and add the drop on each side, so a seam runs down each side, right at the edges of the table, framing it neatly. It never sits out on the hang looking like an afterthought. The only exception is a table wider than the fabric itself (about 145cm for Core and Signature). Then the join would cross the tabletop. For those, choose an extra-wide fabric (Linen Look, Hotel White or Estate), woven at 250 to 280cm, for a flawless seamless top. The calculator flags all of this for you as you choose.

How custom orders work

Is this a final price?
No. It is an estimate based on your size and fabric. Once you send it through, we confirm the fabric is in stock and give you the final price before anything is paid. Nothing is charged on this page.
How long does a custom tablecloth take?
It depends on the fabric and current orders. We will give you a clear timeline when we confirm your quote.
What if my fabric is not in stock?
Custom tablecloths are cut from our current fabric, and we do not always hold extra. That is why we confirm availability first. If it is not available, we will suggest a lovely alternative.
Can you do any size?
Almost. We make to your exact measurements. The only thing to know is the seam on wide or round tablecloths in our narrower fabrics, explained above. Choose an extra-wide fabric for a seamless finish.
