Our 30-day promise

We want you to love your table. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.

How to return or exchange

WhatsApp us on 060 644 4082 or email shopmytable@gmail.com with your order number and what you would like to do. We will guide you through every step.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we process your refund or exchange. Refunds are made to your original payment method. If an item comes back used, marked or damaged, we may decline the refund.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us straight away and we will sort it out at no cost to you.

Custom-size orders

Custom-size tablecloths are made to your measurements, so they can only be returned if they are faulty or not made to the size you ordered.
